Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please note:
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment
- International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Pre-Orders
If an item is listed as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided in the product description.
Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items are available.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
The Treasure Edit is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Lost packages due to address errors
- Packages were delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Treasure Edit is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Holidays
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
